The purpose of the Freedom of Information Act dated April 24, 2004 and No.4982 is to ensure that people enjoy the freedom of information to the extent they comply with the principles of equality, impartiality and openness which are prerequisites of a democratic and transparent management.
Information and documents which have been published on our webpage or disclosed to public via bulletins, books, booklets, advertisements and similar means cannot be the subject of an information application. For this reason, please check prior to your application whether the information or document you ask for is available on the ISE website.
Information requests are limited to information and documents already available in the departments of our Exchange. Thus, applications for any information and document which requires a separate or a special study, research, investigation or analysis, applications for any information and document relating to any transaction that has not been completed as well as applications for any issues which have been regulated as exceptions of the freedom of information in the Law and the Regulation will be refused as per the legislation.
