Information or documents requested for information purposes are limited to information or documents which entities and institutions have in their possession or have to keep due to their duties.
Which Information or Documents may not be requested?
Any application for an information or document which requires a separate or special study, research, investigation or analysis, applications for any information or document which pertains to an uncompleted transaction will be refused.
Information or documents which may, if disclosed early, impair the public interest or be used to gain personal benefits will not be disclosed prior to the specified date, and access to such information or documents will be denied under any circumstances.
Information and documents which have been disclosed to public by the entities and institutions books, booklets, advertisements and similar means cannot be the subject of an information application. However, the applicant will be notified how, when, where and by who such information or documents have been published or disclosed.
