Government debt securities (GDS) issued in Turkish Lira and foreign currency, revenue-indexed bonds (RIB), private debt securities, also debt securities issued by Privatization Administration, Housing Development Administration of Turkey, and local administrations, liquidity bills issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey,  and other securities which are decided to be traded on the market by the Executive Council  can be traded on the Outright Purchases and Sales Market.
