The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, banks and brokerage houses registered as members of the Bonds and Bills Market are entitled to trade on the market. Different trading limits have been set for all the institutions authorized to trade on the market.

The Issuers
The joint stock companies, whose shares are traded on the ISE National Market, Second National Market and the New Companies Market on the issue date may apply to the ISE to issue borrowing instruments to qualified investors on this Market.

Qualified Investors

Only the “qualified investors” defined in the capital markets legislation, can buy securities in this Market.
The intermediary institution carrying out the transaction is responsible for checking and ensuring that the investors are “qualified investors” as defined in the legislation of the Capital Markets Board.
