To be eligible for trading on the Repo Market for Specified Securities, an institution should first be authorized in the Outright  Purchases and Sales Market, and hold Repo Transactions authorization obtained from the Capital Markets Board.  Accordingly, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, banks and brokerage houses registered as members of the Bonds and Bills Market are entitled to trade on the Market. 

Different trading limits have been set for all the institutions authorized to trade on the Bonds and Bills Market.
