Surveillance of Members
Surveillance and supervision of members are carried out by CMB and ISE. ISE members are obligated to communicate any information about their activities to CMB and ISE whenever requested. Should it deem it necessary ISE is entitled to examine the accounts and records of the members. Banks that are a member of ISE are also under the supervision of CBRT and BRSA.
 
Temporary and Permanent Suspension of Exchange Transactions
CMB is entitled to suspend the transactions of intermediary institutions temporarily or permanently. 

ISE reserves the right to admit or refuse an intermediary institution that holds a Trading Brokerage Authorization from CMB. Additionally, ISE is entitled to suspend the transactions of a member intermediary institution temporarily or cancel its membership permanently in certain cases.
