ISE Members consist of the intermediary institutions that have been authorized to operate in the capital market.

  • Margin Trading, Short Selling, Stock Borrowing and Lending
  • Derivative Trading Brokerage 

Members trading on the Exchange markets and floors can be categorized under three groups as intermediary institutions, commercial banks and investment and development banks. 

The trade name of an intermediary institution should include the word “securities”.   Intermediary institutions which have all of the authorization certificates for trading brokerage, underwriting, repo-reverse repo, portfolio management and investment consulting may use the word “investment” in their trade names.

In line with the principle decision of the Capital Markets Board dated 15.08.1996, Banks have assigned their Stock Market operations to an intermediary institution they have set up or acquired.
