"Istanbul Stock Exchange Index Maker License Agreement" is required to be signed in order to calculate indices using ISE data. Index Makers who are calculating or are willing to calculate index/indices using ISE data should contact Evaluation and Statistics Department ( Tel +90 212 298 24 14 - +90 212 298 24 12, Fax +90 212 298 25 00).
LICENSE FEES
License fee for calculating unlimited number of indices by using ISE Stock Market or ISE Bonds and Bills Market real time data is USD 1,000 monthly for each data segment seperately. The Index Maker shall also pay additional fees to IMKB for each financial product it issues or licenses others to issue, linked to the indices using ISE data exclusively and these fees will be USD 500 for the ones issued in Türkiye and USD 1,000 for those issued outside Türkiye. The highest monthly payment for an Index Maker to issue or license others to issue financial products linked to the indices using ISE data exclusively, in Türkiye is USD 3,000, i.e. an Index Maker who pays USD 3,000 per month can issue or license others to issue any number of financial products in Türkiye. The highest monthly payment for an Index Maker to issue or license others to issue financial products linked to the indices using ISE data exclusively, outside Türkiye is USD 4,000, i.e. an Index Maker who pays USD 4,000 per month can issue or license others to issue any number of financial products outside Türkiye.
