ISE Executive Council has decided to sign the "ISE Indices License Agreement" (License Agreement) with the issuers who have issued or are willing to issue financial products linked to ISE Indices and to call the issuers who have already issued financial products linked to ISE indices to sign the License Agreement until February 29, 2008.
