İMKB requires companies to incorporate on their annual reports, and if any, websites:

• statements relating to compliance with Corporate Governance Principles;
• a Corporate Governance Compliance Report to reflect their position against the principles.

Companies with a corporate governance rating of minimum 7 are included in the Corporate Governance Index.
