National Market is the biggest market of İMKB where the stocks of companies that satisfy the listing requirements of  National Market are traded.     
 
Companies satisfying the national market listing criteria are the listed companies.  

In the Exchange, companies and SME’s failing to satisfy the listing criteria of  National Market are eligible for Second National Market. On Second National Market, the listing requirements of  National Market are not sought, and the requirements are less stricter. 

In accordance with Circular no. 378, regulating the transfer of companies traded on İMKB National Market to İMKB Second National Market and vice versa, periodical evaluations will be made semi-annually on the basis of 6-month data pertaining to January-June and July-December periods. The evaluation criteria are

a) the average market capitalization of the free-floating shares for the relevant period must be equal to minimum TRY 7,800,000 and

b) The company’s free float rate must be minimum 25%.
