
| LISTING CRITERIA FOR INVESTMENT TRUSTS |
- The issued capital and the ratio of the nominal value of the publicly offered shares to the issued capital should be at least equal to such amounts and ratios specified in the respective communiqués of CMB,
- The company’s articles of association must not include any provisions restricting the transfer and circulation of the securities to be traded on the Exchange or preventing the shareholders from exercising their rights;
- The company’s legal situation in terms of its establishment and activities as well as the legal situation of its shares must be documented to verify their compliance with the respective legislation.
If an investment trust changes its scope of activity; partnership and listing conditions of its shares are re-evaluated, ex officio, by the Board of Directors of the Stock Exchange, and a decision may be made to ensure that shares are traded in a market of which they comply with the conditions.
