
| LISTING OF THE STOCKS OF COMPANIES REGISTERED WITH CMB BUT NOT LISTED ON ISE, WHICH ARE TO BE INITIALLY LISTED ON THE EXCHANGE WITHOUT PUBLIC OFFERING |
The stocks of such companies will start to be traded on Second National Market with a decision of the Executive Council of the Exchange.
After the stocks started to be traded on Second National Market;
- If they are found to be satisfying the periodic assessment criteria sought for National Market as a result of assessments to be conducted once every 6 months within the framework of periodic assessment studies , and
- If they satisfy the National Market Listing Requirements, the stocks of such companies are listed to the Exchange with a decision of the Executive Council of the Exchange, and start to be traded on National Market.
Application to ISE
Companies with stocks registered with CMB which:
are free of the terms of exemption relating to the De-registration defined in the CMB’s “Communiqué on Principles Governing Issuers’ Exemption Terms and De-registration", article 7,
may apply to the Exchange Management with the specified information and documents for being traded on the Exchange without stocks being offered to public through a decision to be taken by the boards of directors of such companies.
The respective company may at the same time submit an application to the Central Registry Agency for membership in order to dematerialize its stocks.
